Wow, that looks really nice! Now I know what you mean when you were describing the Ikea setup. That's a pretty sweet rig you've got there! Does this mean you might be animating yours with puppets, or would just just be for backgrounds, or?...

This was just for backgrounds, but the over riding feeling from the panel was that I should use more cut-outs, so it's up in the air at the moment. As it stands, the main animation would be drawn and colored in photoshop.
